The whole machine is composed of feeding part, paper conveying part, embossing part, receiving part and control part. Unwinding part:
1. Equipped with resistance 200NM magnetic powder brake;
2. Equipped with automatic control system of unwinding tension, it has two functions: manual and automatic.
3. High Strength 3 Pneumatic Rising Shaft (High Strength Pipe, Air Bag Import);
4. Configuration of horizontal and vertical deviation rectifying and adjusting devices to ensure that the paper is positively placed.
Feeding part:
1. Transport guide rollers are all made of high precision aluminium alloy guide rollers with high strength HV700.
2. It is equipped with flattening guide rollers, one end for receiving and discharging, and easy to adjust.
3. The feeding end is equipped with a large diameter potential dividing roller to effectively eliminate paper wrinkles.
4. Adjustable support base is used for guide roller support to ensure that all guide rollers are arranged in parallel.
5. Equipped with an elastic roll to effectively buffer the tension change in transmission.
Embossing part:
1. The pattern roll is processed by integral method (without welding), and the surface is processed by fine pattern (_190mm).
2. Wool fiber rollers are made of imported wool fibers to ensure the quality of pressure rollers (380mm).
3. The active power is 7.5 kW frequency converter, which has stable performance and adjustable speed at will.
4. Integrated hydraulic station (hydraulic pump, motor, solenoid valve), imported parts;
5. 8 heavy-duty bearings to ensure reliable operation of transmission parts, imported brands.
Rewinding part:
1. Receiving power is moment motor, automatic tension;
